Education
Quality-rich education is one of the most important ways the Indiana Assisted Living Association supports its members. Our goal is to equip assisted living professionals across Indiana with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to stay current in a rapidly changing landscape.
We know that strong communities start with strong teams. Regulations evolve, resident needs change, and best practices continue to advance. INALA offers educational resources and opportunities designed to keep our Indiana administrators, nurses, caregivers and support staff informed, prepared and empowered.
Webinars & On-Demand Learning: “Way to Learn Wednesdays” offers a variety of speakers and topics from leadership, operational efficiency, regulatory, and more
Annual Conferences & Regional Meetings: INALA members attend LeadingAge & HOPE spring and fall conferences
Leadership & Administrator Development: INALA partners with Hoosier Owner Providers for the Elderly (HOPE) for their RCA Training Program.
Argentum: Members have access to the Argentum Leadership Development Program in addition to other tools and resources.
Keystone Nursing Academy: The Keystone Nursing Academy, directed by Rebecca Bartle, currently offers a Qualified Medical Aid (QMA) program, including insulin administration certification; Indiana Nurse Aide Training program; and Licensed Practical Nursing program.
